Talent Referral Policy

1. Policy brief & purpose

Our Referral Program Policy explains important aspects of our talents' referral procedures. We place great importance on referrals because we trust our communities. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for referrers and those to who they refer.

2. Scope

This Talent Referral Program Policy applies to everyone who refers a candidate or an expert to our network.

3. Refer a Talent

If you know someone who you think deserves a better place to work and would like to join our talent pool, feel free to refer them. If we end up hiring a referred candidate, you are eligible for Talent Referral Reward.

4. Refer an Expert

If you know someone who is an expert in his field, is a great interviewer, and would be a good fit to join our Interviewers networks, feel free to refer them. You are eligible for Expert Referral Reward after the first successful interview held by the referred interviewer.

What is a talent referral reward?

You are eligible to receive $1000 if we end up hiring a candidate referred by you.

Our referral rewards may be higher if we hire your referred candidate in a hard-to-fill specific role. That requires an additional announcement by our Referral Program Manager. Additional rules for rewards:

  • The reward consists of $1000 which we offer to donate to the needs of the Ukrainian charity fund of your choice💪🪖.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly.
  • If two or more referrers refer to the same candidate, the referrer who has been approved by the candidate will receive the reward.
  • Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired at a later time, within 2 years from the referral date.

What is an Expert referral reward?

You are eligible to receive $150 after the first successful interview held by the referred interviewer. Additional rules for rewards:

  • Reward 100% will be paid out within a month of the date an interview is held.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
  • If two or more referrers refer to the same expert, the referrer who has been approved by the expert will receive the reward

Who can participate in our employee referral program?

Everyone is eligible to participate in our referral program.

Who can be referred ?

We have two conditions for candidates who can qualify you for our rewards. They should:

  • Have confirmed you as a referrer
  • Be hired through our platform as permanent full- or part-time workers

6. How it works

You may use referral form or an email [email protected] to refer candidates. You can also reach out directly to our Referral program manager.

Generally, we encourage you to check our open talent pools and consider your social networks and external networks as potential resources for referred talents.

When someone makes a referral, a message is sent to the referred candidates, asking them to officially apply and give their consent.

We will contact every referred candidate, and we will interview every candidate referred to our opened talent pool. 

Within a month of the date, a candidate is hired, we will pay the first part of the reward. We will pay the second part of the reward after 6 months of the new hire.

Keep in mind that rewards may be subject to taxation. 

Please contact our referral program manager for more information. We may change our referral bonus program over time to add more interesting incentives. We also reserve the right to abolish certain rewards if they prove ineffective or inefficient. We’ll communicate any change clearly and timely. Talents who referred candidates before a reward was changed will still receive the appropriate reward.

We’d like to highlight that we aim to reveal talents in candidates and find the best place to work. We are an equal opportunity partner and do not discriminate against protected characteristics. Referred talents may take precedence in the interview process. We guarantee that all candidates will be given the same consideration and will pass through our established procedures.
