What we do

We make the potential of building-services engineers visible and place it where it is needed: in engineering and planning firms in Switzerland and Germany.

The platform where HLKS and electrical engineers and the firms that need them find each other: with evidenced numbers, plain terms and people who decide.

Women in building services: we present female design engineers and project leads with the same facts as their colleagues (qualification, software, projects) and state the salary band before the first call. Two of the three people on the team are women (as of 30 September 2026).

How the team works: remote-first across Europe, core hours 10:00 to 16:00 (CET), one meeting per month in Zurich, Berlin and Lviv. Each recruiter runs a mandate end to end: the first approach in German, the screening call, the profile with a fit paragraph, the interviews, the guarantee period. Profiles and calls are recorded in a structured CRM; a person decides.

A fit has three layers. We check all three before a profile reaches you, from the outside in.

  1. Your requirements

    Role, discipline, Kanton, Pensum, salary band and the must-have criteria from the briefing. A profile that misses one of them is not sent.

  2. Motivation and values

    Why the person wants to move, what they expect from the next employer, how long they have stayed per employer. Asked in the screening call, not read off a CV.

  3. Technical and social competence

    Qualification, software, standards, project sizes, German level and the way the person explains a project. Only then does the profile carry a fit paragraph.

Four steps to the end of probation

  1. Briefing

    Role, discipline, Kanton, Pensum, salary band and must-have criteria in one 30-minute call.

  2. Sourcing and screening

    Direct approach to candidates who would never apply; qualification, software, German level and stability checked in a call.

  3. Shortlist with a fit paragraph

    Three to five profiles with projects, software, qualification, notice period and a paragraph on why the person fits.

  4. Interviews and probation

    We coordinate interviews, collect feedback on both sides and stay involved until the end of probation.
