EFZ to project lead: we know every step.

We do not ask for a university CV. Qualification, projects, software and standards count.

  1. EFZ

    4-year apprenticeship. Gebäudetechnikplaner (heating, ventilation, plumbing). Elektroplaner.

    The entry into design. Typical roles: Gebäudetechnikplaner, technical clerk, Elektroplaner.

  2. eidg. Fachausweis

    Federal professional examination. Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik, Elektro-Projektleiter, Chefmonteur.

    Alongside work, usually after three to five years of practice. Opens project lead roles in design and installation.

  3. dipl. Techniker/-in HF

    College of higher education, 2 to 3 years. Gebäudetechnik, Klima, Elektrotechnik.

    The usual route to project lead in engineering firms. We know the schools: STFW, gibb, GBS, Baugewerbliche Berufsschule Zürich.

  4. Project lead

    Projektleiter, Gesamtprojektleiter, Fachbauleitung. Bachelor FH as an option.

    Larger projects, clients, a team. The next step is overall project lead, office lead or partnership.

In Germany

Apprenticeship (Technischer Systemplaner, Anlagenmechaniker), Staatl. gepr. Techniker or Meister, B.Eng. or M.Eng., Projektleiter TGA under HOAI. We know both ladders.

No. We present you to a firm only after you have agreed to that specific job. Before that you see the short profile we send. We never approach firms on your blocked list.

I am not looking for a job. Why should I get in touch?

Because the best jobs are rarely advertised. With a profile on file you hear from us only when role, Kanton, Pensum and salary band fit. You decide every time.

Do I need to create an account or write a cover letter?

No. A CV or LinkedIn link, e-mail and phone are enough. We ask for certificates and diplomas only after the first call.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. Placement is free of charge for candidates; the employer bears the cost.

Is this an IT agency?

Not any more. Since 2024 we place building services only: project leads, design engineers, Gebäudetechnikplaner, electrical planners and BIM. The IT desk was discontinued.
