The role

Die Ein etabliertes Unternehmen der HLKS ist im Bereich HLKS tätig und realisiert gebäudetechnische Anlagen. Für den Standort in St. Gallen suchen wir einen Projektleiter Heizung/Kälte in Vollzeit für die Arbeit vor Ort.

Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Heizungs- und Kältetechnik
  • Ansprechperson für Bauherren, Architekten und beteiligte Fachplaner
  • Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung sowie die Einhaltung von Terminen und Kosten
  • Koordination der Montagearbeiten und Qualitätssicherung vor Ort

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik / HLKS
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Heizungs- und Kälteanlagen
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und technischen Regeln der Gebäudetechnik
  • Sicheres Auftreten und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Projektpartnern
