The role

Ein etabliertes Unternehmen der HLKS sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams in St. Gallen einen Projektleiter HLKS in Vollzeit für die Arbeit vor Ort.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär
  • Koordination der beteiligten Handwerker, Fachplaner und Architekten vor Ort
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Ausführungsqualität
  • Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber und externe Projektpartner während der gesamten Bauphase

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich HLKS, Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von HLKS-Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse der branchenüblichen Normen und Vorschriften in der Schweiz
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort in St. Gallen
