The role

You lead HLKS projects from feasibility study to commissioning: hospital, laboratory and office buildings in the Zurich area, with your own design team and direct contact with the client.

Your tasks

Overall responsibility for HLKS projects across SIA phases 31 to 53
Leading two to four building-services planners per project
Schedule, cost and quality control towards the client
Coordination with architecture, electrical design and building automation
Supporting tendering, award and commissioning

Your profile

Must-have criteria

dipl. Techniker HF Gebäudetechnik or eidg. Fachausweis Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik
At least 5 years in HLKS design, including 2 years as project lead
Confident with Plancal Nova and AutoCAD, first Revit projects
German C1, confident with clients and authorities
SIA standards and Minergie applied in practice

An advantage

Experience with hospital or laboratory buildings
BIM coordination according to SIA 2051
Home in Kanton Zürich or a commute under 45 minutes
