The role

You are responsible for TGA projects for data centres, laboratories and office buildings in the Munich area across HOAI phases 1 to 9, lead a team of design engineers and represent the firm towards clients and authorities.

Your tasks

Project lead for TGA (HVAC and plumbing) across HOAI phases 1 to 9
Leading three to five design engineers and technical system planners
Schedule, cost and quality control, change-order management
Coordination with clients, architects, authorities and contractors
Construction supervision and commissioning support

Your profile

Must-have criteria

Degree in building services or energy and building technology, or Staatl. gepr. Techniker HLS
At least 7 years in TGA design, including 3 years as project lead
Confident with HOAI, VOB and VDI guidelines
Revit or AutoCAD MEP, LINEAR or mh-software
German C1

An advantage

Experience with data centres or cleanrooms
BIM experience according to DIN EN ISO 19650
English B2 for international clients
