The role

Ventilation and air-conditioning projects for schools, office buildings and production sites in Kanton Bern. You design yourself and lead the project, from concept to acceptance with hygiene inspection.

Your tasks

Project lead for ventilation and air conditioning across SIA phases 31 to 53
Concept, sizing and tendering of ventilation systems
Site supervision and acceptance incl. hygiene inspection according to VDI 6022
Cost and schedule responsibility towards the client
Guiding building-services planners and apprentices

Your profile

Must-have criteria

Gebäudetechnikplaner Lüftung EFZ with dipl. Techniker HF or eidg. Fachausweis
At least 6 years of experience in ventilation design
Confident with Plancal Nova, AutoCAD; Revit an advantage
German C1
VDI 6022 category A

An advantage

Experience with production or laboratory ventilation
Minergie-P and MuKEn applied in practice
