The role
An established company in HLKS (Lûftung) in Zurich is looking for a Technical Specialist Ventilation (80%-100%) to join their plant construction execution team.
Your responsibilities
- Process plans using CAD software NOVA.
- Check and optimize systems, plans, and schematics in coordination with the project manager, through to complete material ordering.
- Inspect technical setups according to current specifications and standards.
- Plan and calculate small to medium-sized projects.
- Prepare commissioning and maintenance documentation.
What you bring
- Completed training as a Ventilation Building Services Technician (Gebäudetechniker Lüftung EFZ) or a similar background in building technology.
- Proficiency in using CAD software NOVA.
- Initial experience with BIM and a clear view of its role in the industry.
- Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken German.
- An independent, reliable, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
