The role

You run the sites of large TGA projects in the Stuttgart area: scheduling, subcontractors, measurement and VOB acceptance, with a focus on ventilation and plumbing in industrial and office buildings.

Your tasks

Site management for TGA projects with EUR 2 to 15 million system volume
Directing installation teams and subcontractors
Scheduling, measurement, change orders and VOB/B acceptance
Quality and site-safety control
Interface to project lead, design and client

Your profile

Must-have criteria

Meister, Staatl. gepr. Techniker HLS or degree in building services
At least 5 years of TGA site or installation management
VOB/B and change-order management in practice
German C1
Category B driving licence

An advantage

SiGeKo or welding-supervision qualification
Experience with industrial or pharmaceutical projects
