The role

Design of heating, ventilation and plumbing systems for office, school and clinic buildings in and around Frankfurt, HOAI phases 2 to 5, with a focus on ventilation and BIM modelling in Revit.

Your tasks

  • HVAC and plumbing design across HOAI phases 2 to 5
  • Sizing of ventilation systems according to DIN 1946 and VDI 6022
  • Heating and cooling load calculation, hydraulic design
  • BIM modelling in Revit, clash detection with electrical
  • Preparing bills of quantities and cost calculations

Your profile

Must-have criteria

  • Degree in building services, Staatl. gepr. Techniker HLS or Technischer Systemplaner with at least 5 years of experience
  • At least 3 years in HVAC and plumbing design at an engineering firm
  • Confident with Revit or LINEAR
  • German B2

An advantage

  • Experience with clinic or laboratory ventilation
  • GEG certificates and energy balances
  • VDI 6022 category A
