The role

You coordinate the building-services models of pharmaceutical and laboratory projects in Basel: model checking, clash detection, BIM execution plans and training the design engineers in Revit.

Your tasks

BIM coordination for HLKS and electrical according to SIA 2051 and ISO 19650
Clash detection in Navisworks or Solibri, running coordination meetings
Creating and maintaining BIM execution plans (BEP)
Revit families, templates and standards for the team
Training and supporting the design engineers

Your profile

Must-have criteria

Building-services qualification (EFZ or dipl. Techniker HF) with BIM further training
At least 3 years of Revit MEP in design
Confident with Navisworks or Solibri
German B2
Experience with BIM execution plans

An advantage

Dynamo or Python skills
Experience with pharmaceutical or laboratory projects
English B2 for international clients
