The role

You lead electrical projects for industrial, hospital and office buildings in the Winterthur area: from concept through tendering and site supervision to NIV acceptance. Building automation is part of the mandate.

Your tasks

Project lead, electrical, across SIA phases 31 to 53
Concepts for power, low voltage, PV and charging infrastructure
Tendering, award and site supervision
Cost and schedule responsibility, reporting to the client
Leading electrical planners and coordinating with HLKS and building automation

Your profile

Must-have criteria

Elektro-Projektleiter with eidg. Fachausweis or dipl. Techniker HF Elektrotechnik
At least 5 years in electrical design, including 2 years as project lead
Confident with NIN and NIV, Sachkundenachweis an advantage
AutoCAD, Dialux, first Revit experience
German C1

An advantage

Experience with hospital or data-centre projects
Building automation according to SIA 386
